Basic package includes two days guided fishing on the ranch. The three- and four-day packages include one or two days off the ranch, either wade or float. Rates are per person, based on double occupancy. All lodging, meals, fishing licenses, and flies included, with complimentary airport service to and from Grand Junction.
Not Included: Gratuities and alcoholic beverages.
Deposit: A 50% deposit must be received by The High Lonesome Ranch within 14 days of your reservation, with the balance due 60 days out. Deposits are non-refundable; however, they may be used for another trip during the same season if we are notified of cancellation at least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

All trophy hunts are fully guided one on one and include six nights of lodging, five days of hunting, and may include landowner deer vouchers, if necessary. Licenses are not included.
Management hunts are guided two on one, with four nights lodging, three days of hunting. Landowner vouchers may be included, if necessary. Licenses are not included. Management or cull bucks only, with your guide having final say on animal.
Cow Elk hunts are guided two on one, with up to four nights lodging and three days of hunting.
Turkey/Fly Fishing trips are four nights of lodging and three days of activities. Includes one guide for two people.
Bear hunts are six nights of lodging and five days of hunting, one-on-one guided.
Mountain Lion hunts are six days of lodging and five days of hunting, one-on-one guided.
Big game trophy packages include skinning, caping, and delivery of meat to processor, lodging, meals, taxes, and airport service to and from Grand Junction.
Hunters are to harvest mature trophy animals, 6X6 or better elk and 4X4 or better mule deer (26” width or better) and are limited to harvest as directed by their guide. Mountain Lion Hunts – mature adults only, either sex. A wounded game animal is considered a harvested animal and completes the hunt.
When applying for the draw, the hunt units are 30 – 31. We’ll be glad to help you with your paperwork for the Colorado Division of Wildlife draw.

Nothing brings friends or business associates together quite like a few days of personal challenge and extreme adventure at The High Lonesome Ranch. The setting is magnificent, peacefully located miles away from the rest of the world. There are 300 secluded square miles to explore, to hunt, and to fish. In a place that feels like your own personal national park, your group will enjoy every minute of their stay, if we have our way.
For the serious sportsmen in the group, we offer some of the finest fly-fishing, wing shooting and big game hunting this side of the Rockies, or anywhere else. Our five-stand sporting clays course and rifle and pistol range are almost as exciting as the real thing, and they’re a great place to improve your shooting skills or fine-tune your equipment.
For the slightly less adventurous, there’s plenty more to do on the ranch. We can arrange horseback riding on our property, along with mountain biking and snowmobiling. The scenery and wildlife are truly spectacular.
